Sugar Free Flax Seed Bread

This recipe will lead you to make a delicious sugar free bread! Flax seed meal is excellent flour for homemade pastries, it’s rich in fiber which is a good type of carbohydrates. Fiber digests in the intestine and doesn’t affect blood sugar. It’s a great snack for breakfast or lunch

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flax seed flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • stevia sweetener ( I use 1 bag = 1g of mix sweetener )

Method

Step 1

set oven at 350 F

Step 2

Mix all ingredients and place dough to the baking form

Step 3

put to the oven for 40 minutes

Step 4

serve like a sandwich .flax_bread
