Smoked duck served with mango and carrot salad.

Ingredients

  • 200g of smoked duck
  • half of mango fruit
  • 2 carrots
  • 5 tablespoons of broccoli sprouts
  • fresh grated ginger ( optional)
  • 2 tablesspoons of sesame seeds

cut carrot in slices and heat up with sesam seeds and ginger until carrots will get a little bit soft

Cut duck and mango. Add all ingredients and serve cold as a lunch or
