This soy bread does not contain any added sugars and wheat. It is perfect for sandwiches, great for breakfast and lunch. Taste great!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of soy flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 3 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 egg

Method

Step 1

Mix soy flour with salt and baking powder.

Step 2

Heat up coconut oil on the frying pen with chopped garlic.

Step 3

Add coconut oil, garlic to the dough and mix. Add water. Mix all good ingredients together.

Step 4

Put some oil on your baking form. Pour the dough. Sett up oven on 400 F. Delicious bread will be ready in 50 minutes.
