Try for breakfast a delicious focaccia made from flax seed flour and mixed with fresh herbs and garlic. You can eat this type of bread without worries, flax seed flour doesn’t contain sugar! It is a great replacement which lets people enjoy bread even if they suffer from diabetes or high insulin.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flax seed flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1g stevia sweetener ( I use mix stevia sweetener)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • rosemery

Method

Step 1

set up oven at 350 F

Step 2

mix all ingredients

Step 3

put a dough on the baking paper and a form flat shape

Step 4

bake for 25 minutes
